Frequently Asked Questions

How significant are the environmental benefits?

Canada Green Building Council provides up to four LEED points for Provive revitalization services which result in less waste, chemicals, environmental and tenant disruption.

What is the difference between Provive and a traditional cleaning company?

Cleaning is for day-to-day sanitation and light dirt and dust removal. Cleaning will not restore a building image to shine like new or help optimize the asset value.

Provive’s revitalization services help optimize tenant comfort, occupancy rates and asset value by restoring building surfaces to shine like new and save 50% – 95% of the cost of replacement.

Whether you are looking to restore your building image back to its original glory or modernize for a complete new look and feel, we’ve got your back every step of the way.

All of Provive’s ground-breaking products and restorative methodologies exceed industry standards and adhere to criteria established by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

How long will the restoration last?

Provive provides a guarantee on all revitalization services determined on an asset-by-asset basis.

Once my surfaces are restored, what maintenance is required?

Provive restores and protects assets with trade-secret coatings. These coatings bond to the surface and mitigate against damaging elements by adhering to the substrate and protecting against the absorption of water, oils and the other organic solvents.

The protective coatings are an “invisible barrier” that enables routine cleaning service providers to do their job more quickly and easily, using only mild soap and a damp rag.

How much will revitalization save me versus replacement?

Provive restores commercial assets to shine like new at a fraction of the cost of replacement.

What surfaces can be revitalized?

Exterior facades: aggregate, natural stone, aluminum, stainless.

Glass and mullions: aluminum, stainless, flashings and spandrel panels.

Interior assets: elevators, handrails, polished columns, escalators, doors (kick plates, slabs, and frames), walls, floors.

Other: signage, revolving doors, metal canopies, fascia, sidewalks, walkways, patios, lawn furniture, statues, monuments, control boxes and electrical hubs.

What materials do we protect?

Stainless steel (raw, painted, powder-coated and brushed), aluminum, copper, brass, iron, nickel, chrome, aggregate, natural stone, limestone and many other substrates.
